Install CLI

Install the Instructionly CLI to connect your AI-powered IDE with Instructionly.

Prerequisites

Make sure you have Node.js (version 18 or higher) installed on your machine.

Install the CLI globally using npm:

terminal

npm install -g instructionly

Confirm the CLI is installed correctly:

terminal

instructionly version

You should see the version number displayed.

To upgrade to the latest version:

terminal

instructionly upgrade

Now configure your AI coding tool:
